Clint Downs Vs Mike Genovese (Final Round)
John Cook Vs. Clint Downs (Semi-Final)
Mike Genovese Vs David Comstock (Semi-Final)
Clint Downs Vs Chance Sparks Round 1
Mike G Vs Josh Gill Round 1
John Cook vs Kevin Bales Round 1
Dewayne Mills Vs. David Comstock Round 1
Dewayne Mills Solo Test Pass

First round of Eliminations

First pair out is Kevin Bales Vs John Cook, New Vs Old, Ford Vs Chevy, Small Block Vs Big Block.......... Oh the new Vs old is talking about the cars not the Drivers! This was a great race John Cook took some advantage at the tree and took the win 5.665 to Bales 5.650

Next pair Dewayne Mills vs David Comstock, Now Dewayne has never lost in the first round of a Real Street race David was more than willing to be the first to show Dewayne the door in the opening round, Dewayne had the edge at the tree but a giant wheelstand that took Mills towards the guard rail, David sailed onto a first round win 5.645 to Mill's 7.730

Mike G came out next to face Josh Gill, David Vs Goliath (although neither has David or Goliath in their names or could that be what Mike thinks the G stands for when he is on the Computer??) Well Josh did cut the tree down on Genovese but did not have the power to stay out in front 5.209 to Josh's 6.225

Well the last pair in the first round was the Black Vs White, Clint Downs vs Chance Sparks, sparks showed up with the first Stick car to run in Real Street, but was also running sans a Power adder, putting himself at a bit of a Disadvantage This one was all over at the start, Downs took the advantage at the tree and and cruised to a Bracket like 5.340 to Chances 6.758

Second Round

Well the race Gods liked what was happening and left us with a 2 Chevies and 2 Fords...

The Fords would face off First, David Comstock was looking to tree Mike G and hope that G would bobble a bit down track, Well David got the bobble he needed as Mike slid around and slowed a bit, But David was late at the light and had to watch Genovese skate on for the win 5.300 to Comstocks 5.661

Now the Chevies rolled out, John Cook was going to need some help at the tree, Clint downs had been busy running 5.30's on every pass down the track. John Did his job cutting a good 0 Light but so did Clint only giving up .01 at the tree, John could not do anything to stop Downs as he moved on 5.370 to Cooks 5.712

And Now the Finals

#1 vs #2, Chevy vs Ford ( remember those Race Gods?) Well that is just about where the differences end.. Both Cars on Ladder bars and Coil overs, Both cars Small Blocks, Both cars Prochargers, Both Cars Injected intercooled gas, Now comes the problem both cars could not run the same lane! Mike G had the lane choice and the Right lane was the lane of Choice. The Left lane had only produced One winner all day. Downs left with a slight bit of a head start he did move around a little early, but stayed right with Mike Genovese until the top end charge of the Mustang took over... Mike G 5.168 @ 137.63 to Clint downs 5.344 @ 133.11

Kit Longs, Mike Duffy built and tuned Mustang, has laid down the gauntlet, setting a New Record and winning the first outing of the year, Will Mike G remain the driver of the Mustang? Who Knows? I don't even think Kit does right now. About Kits Car
